I am 53 years old and grew up eating Flicks at the Drive-In in Porterville, California.I have been searching for the return of Flicks for years and the search is now over. What an exciting time, when the world seems to be in turmoil, high gas prices, home prices plummeting, economy a mess, and still, all is well. Flicks are finally back.Thank you for making my day.Ken PeerPensacola, FL
Dear Tjerrild Family,
You absolutely made my day, today.
I was checking out of Bed, Bath & Beyond when I saw what looked like a candy from my childhood – “Flicks”. I yelped OMG – it can’t be – I used to eat these all the time – they are incredible.
I bought a red tube for myself and a blue tube in memory of my brother Dan, for my husband. You see, growing up in Redding – my brother Dan and I went to the Saturday matinee at the Cascade Theater – FLICKS was a part of our weekly movie experience (even when he made me sit alone in the back of the theater during Phantom of the Opera, I just ate my Flicks like a good little sister, and didn’t scream!) Dan always had a Blue tube and I always had a Red tube…
When I brought them home today, I was so excited – I told my husband I had a surprise for him and had the tubes hidden behind my back – I told him to pick which hand he wanted – (of course, I knew where my Red Tube Was!) – Well he picked, and of course, got the Blue Tube and said: WHAT IS THAT?????
He is from Virginia, and has NEVER heard of or seen FLICKS – well, he is a convert now.
What a delight to see a family take such an interest, and bring back a candy from our (Baby Boomers) childhood, just in time for us to pass it along to our kids & grandkids.
Thank you so much for the joy and delight!

I was SO excited to see Flicks Candy at the first movie my boyfriend took me to; we each bought a tube! He always has to buy the blue foil and I have to have the green. We are ridiculous, but happy J
Thank You!!!!

WOW, I can’t believe I found flicks! My grandparents used to give these to my two sisters and me many years ago.
I loved the bright colored foil back then and I love them now. Now I am buying them for my daughter who is fifteen and she loves them. Good to have them back and thank you.

My head nearly fell off when I saw a tube of Flicks Candy next to the supermarket checkout line last night. I scooped up that blue tube, and then, scrutinizing the candy counter, could not find another one!
I just stared at it in my hand and thought about the last time I'd seen a tube of Flicks. It must have been a good thirty years ago in an Austin, Texas movie theatre. Like others here, I just about cried.
Welcome back, Flicks!

It seems that I had the same experience in the grocery store as so many others have had in recent days... I was walking to the checkstand at Ralph's in Culver City , of which I have grown up going to (although back when I was little the store was called Alpha Beta), and I saw a display of bright colored foil tubes... I first thought no way, Flicks haven't been around in years no way, can't be, I got closer and about had a heart attack.. I grabbed a case. No one is going to believe that I found Flicks again. Today we are having a July MONTH Birthday BBQ and Flicks Tubes are going to be a little 'thank you for coming to the party' take home gift along with a few other nostalgic candies... I as well as most of my friends turn 40 next year and I know FLICKS will be a big part of the party.... My dad passed away when I was 19, just shortly after Flicks disappeared, he used to always bring home a tube from work for me ... they were always my special treat as I was not able to have chocolate growing up I would splurge and have Flicks when I could... Thank you sooo much for bringing them back.. obviously I am not the only one that has many stories to share about Flicks ... but I can say I am another happy camper...
Sincerely
Linda Smith , Culver City ,CA
Wow:
I thought you were gone forever!
I grew up in Vallejo in the 50's and 60's and I bought Flicks whenever I could scrape together an extra 10 or 20 cents for one or two tubes. The last time I bought some Flicks was on a business trip to the Bay Area in the earlier 80's.
Last week, while visiting a newly opened World Market in my area, I discovered they had Flicks. I bought a few to see if they were what I remembered.
Glad to see that Flick's are back and wish you all the luck in being successful.
Best regards,

WOW, Awesome! I was just out grocery shopping at Raley's with my family and saw your Flicks Candy on their candy shelf, and couldn't believe my eyes. I bought a couple of tubes so my wife and kids could enjoy what I remember as a fond memory of my childhood. I'm 41 now, but when I was very young, about 5 or 6 years old my folks owned and operated a launderette in the Bay Area, and across the street was a small family neighborhood grocery store that my grandmother would always take us to to buy us candy or ice cream. She always bought us Flicks, and we loved them. She would bring them to the house when she came to visit. I didn't even know until just now the connection to Flicks and movie theaters, hence the name Flicks.
My grandmother is no longer with us and we have a lot of great memories of her, but just finding your candy tonight just brought back some forgotten memories.
Thanks for the great memories and thanks for bringing back Flicks Candy.
Anthony Luiz and family
I used to eat these candies when I was younger, I'm now 37 and about to become a grandma. I couldn't find these candies for years. I was speaking to my boss's wife one day and describing these candies to her........ Well, four years later, she happened to be in the store one day and saw them and remembered our conversation. Needless to say, the next day I came to work and had these boxes on my desk, and when I opened them, I couldn't believe my eyes!!! Finally, my childhood candies were back. Thank you for making something so simple such a huge memory in my life. These candies will be passed on to my granddaughter!! = )

I was at Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco, CA last weekend and I passed a candy store, looked in and to my absolute delight saw a barrel filled with Flicks Candy! I have loved Flicks since I was a kid, I always bought them at the movies. They were so delicious and I love the foil tubes, green was my favorite. I bought 3 tubes and they are almost gone. I gave some to my niece and nephew and now they love them too. Thanks for bringing Flicks back, it brought back fond childhood memories, I am a Flick-a-holic for life!

I walked into Cost Plus last week and was looking for some candy and there on the shelf were FLICKS!!!!Flicks were my very favorite candy when I was a boy many years ago. I loved the colorful foil tubes and the delicious candies contained in them.
Thank you so very much for bringing these back. It nearly made me cry.
PS: I bought one of each color and got home and stared at them for an hour, shaking my head in disbelief. Thanks again. You are making many souls happy. : )

Hi there, I am a believer in things from the past & I just loved seeing Flicks again in a Raleys store here in sunny Ca. I am happy your family is carrying on an old tradition to have Flicks again in the theaters.I enjoyed my blue tube (my favorite color ) of Flicks. One dollar was a good price for a great memory of the good old days. Blessings to you and your family.

WOW! I was in Ralph's this morning standing in line ready to pay for my groceries when these cool color tubes caught my eye, I just had to go and take a quick look and too my surprise they were 'FLICKS". Let me tell you, I grabbed a few tubes and I could not pay for my groceries fast enough so I could run outside to the parking lot to show my sister! We opened them up right away and sat there in the car eating every single one and just reminiscing about the good ole days! What a way to start the day ... AWESOME!Thank you,Veronica (Silva) Sanchez MoralesVenice Beach California
Yesterday I found your product "Flicks". I am 89 years old and I remember them fondly as a child. Someone would bring me "Flicks" as a special treat. I think at that time they cost about 5 or 10 cents!
Yesterday my husband treated me to a package for $1.29, but I enjoyed them like a kid.

OMG!!!!!! Thank you for bringing your delicious candy back!!!! I was so EXCITED when I saw them at Ralphs. It's funny how Flicks bring back such fond childhood memories for me. I am looking forward to trying Flicks again. I am 45 yrs old and when I was growing up I always had to have a tube of Flicks when I went to the movies. I would buy an extra tube to take home. Thanks for the memories, and I look forward to new ones soon.Don Durbin
Hi :)
I walked into a candy store called 'FUZZIWIG'S CANDY FACTORY' (in the new Chino Hills shops) and my mouth dropped open when I walked in because to my amazement were FLICKS! The girl in the shop just smiled and said that happens often. Seeing FLICKS brought back soooo many memories. I got on my cell and called my sister to tell her, as FLICKS were so much of our childhood and going to the Garmar theater in Montebello, we always bought FLICKS. They even taste the same and that even brought back the memories even more! You made my year by bringing back FLICKS!Miles of Smiles ~Fran MellardP.S. I read all the other entries on this guest book and I was surprised to see that another FLICKS lover mentioned the Garmar in Montebello. Buying/seeing FLICKS really has brought back so many childhood memories. My husband makes fun of me because I am all about retro and things from my childhood. My daughter graduates this Friday and my brother and sister want to make sure I have a tube of FLICKS for them when they show up to my home for the celebration :)Thanks again so much for bringing back FLICKS and the best part of my childhood: going to the movies and eating FLICKS.

A Flick-er of Memories
A woman walked in to the Healdsburg Powell's Sweet Shoppe and asked if we had Flicks Candy, a hard-to-find regional favorite. She was shown the Flicks and immediately started to cry. When asked if she was okay, she said that her father, now deceased, always used to take her to a Sunday matinee and buy her the red tube of Flicks. She bought one to relive those happy times.Editor's note: You can find the charming and amazing Powell's Sweet Shoppes throughout California (Plus in Colorado and Idaho, too!). Wow! What a BLAST from the PAST! I stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the Flicks display at our local Ralph's market.
I turned 55 last month and hadn't had Flicks since I was a kid going to the movies at the Fox Theater in downtown Pomona (California) or the Mission or Mt. Baldy drive-ins in Pomona or the Valley drive-in in Montclair. The movie experience just wasn't complete without a big tub of buttered popcorn, a cold Coke and a tube of Flicks! Seems like the only place you could buy Flicks back then was at the movies.
My first paying job was at the Fox Theater in Pomona. I lied about my age to get the job (I was supposed to be 15 to work there...I was 13). Mostly, the job involved cleaning up the theater on Friday nights, Saturday afternoons and evenings and Sunday afternoons. I also got to help out in the snack bar, ticket booth and sometimes in the projection room. My favorite thing to do in the snack bar was to stock the candy counter. I have fond memories of breaking open a fresh case of Flicks and placing the multi-colored tubes of my favorite candy in their display location in the glass counter.
I'm so happy to see Flicks being produced again! Thanks for bringing them back!

So excited to see Flicks in the stores again. When I used to go to the movies in the 60's I used to always get a pack. Of course, they are 3 times the price as I only paid 50 cents for them back then.
Thank you so much.

Hi Tjerrild family!
I am so glad to see Flicks again! I visited Seaside, Oregon in March and found them in a candy shoppe there. I bought 10 tubes and today I enjoyed the last tube w/ a friend who grew up in the Philippines so she was not aware of Flicks as a child!
I live and grew up in the Puget Sound region near Seattle. We have a beloved clown who had his own television show for children in the 60’s, of which it was my genre! He always plugged Flicks! We always ate Flicks! They were my favorite chocolate treat!
I am not actually the kind of person who “needs” chocolate to survive! I can live without it… but if there are Flicks… I will indulge now and then.
I recall visiting the “G” chocolate shoppe in San Francisco looking for Flicks in the early 90’s and was disappointed when they didn’t have them any longer. Now, after all these years… I am excited to be able to introduce my 10 yr old daughter to Flicks and share that it was a childhood favorite of mine. We hope to find other sources in our area to purchase Flicks! I’m glad they still come in the colored tubes as well… thanks again for bringing back Flicks!!!

Wow!! I haven't seen Flicks since I went to movies at the Kiva Theater, in Durango, Colorado, in the early 1960's. A movie I saw back then was "Guns of Navarone". I remember that the Flicks were displayed very colorfully in displays behind the counter. Happy memories!
I have often wondered what happened to Flicks candy. It was a wonderful surprise to see a display of Flicks at the Ralphs in Pasadena, California. The Flicks today taste better, smoother than the original ones "back then".
Best of Luck to Flicks makers and Flicks lovers!!

Like a lot of You Fine People with Good Taste, I too at 52 years old enjoyed Flicks with Buttered Popcorn and Bon-Bons at the Movies or Drive-In in good ole Long Beach, California. When I saw these last weekend at Ralphs I bought a whole box of 36. (Not to be greedy, but I had to have em, and popped one open right away). Same Great Taste that I can remember. Now I have to call a few old friends to reminisce with.

I truly do not want this to sound pathetic or sad but I would like to share with you my story about Flicks. When I was a child I lived in a suburb of LA called West Covina. My father was an alcoholic who broke most of my bones and my mother, well she wasn’t very nice. I only tell you this because my grandfather, my mother’s father, was the only one who ever validated this for me and the way he validated it is important to my Flicks story. No one ever said I was hurt, my mother called me fat and clumsy that is why something was always broken. Most Sunday’s while my family went to church I was left with my grandfather. We played cards until everyone returned and one day when my mom came in she said something very bad to me so my grandfather said “Let’s go Pill.” So I got in his big’ol green truck and we drove to a little bar. Outside the bar was a newspaper stand with candy. He let me pick whatever I wanted, which never happened to me before, and I picked Flicks. We went into the dark bar with a black and white TV. The glass door was open so there was some light but other than that is was dark and full of smoke. My grandfather smoke cigars and I eat my Flicks while spinning on the bar stool, listening to the man talk sports when they spoke. I could have sat there all day and in my child mind the Flicks lasted forever. From then on as soon as everyone came back from church grandpa and I left to our bar.
This went on until I was eleven and my grandfather died. For years my mother told me Flicks weren’t real and grandpa had to take me because no one wanted me around. Because I couldn’t find Flicks anywhere I thought I did make them up, maybe I made up the abuse and maybe I was born a fat/stupid/ugly/clumsy little girl who was meant to be in the way. I have questioned everything about myself and life for years. I have hated myself and created serious illness in my body. I did get help and today I believe I am a healthy, productive person. I don’t have contact with my family but I have married a wonderful man and have not one thing to be sad about. My appreciation for life and the wonderful people around me felt so full I didn’t think anything could get better but then I was at a Cost Plus in Carmel Indiana. I was putting together what I call “A Birthday Bag of Joy” and there was a box of Flicks. I literally froze and even though this sounds like a dramatic story I am not a dramatic person. I have kept all of this to myself for years but seeing those tubes of Flicks just like I remembered them…well I bought the box. I wasn’t crazy, they were real and even though I had come to peace with the “truth” seeing those Flicks made everything real. The images of the bar, the smells and sounds, bouncing all over the cab of an old truck, looking up at my grandfathers face each time before I choose the tube of Flicks, him winking at me to say go ahead and in my child’s mind saying to me that I was ok.
I am not sure what I want to leave you with other than thank you. Flicks were my, private, special treat so many years ago and so many years later they gave me peace. Writing this out I feel a little silly but the impact of seeing those tubes of Flicks I don’t know how to describe the elation.
Thank you again,
Erin.
I about fell over when I saw Flicks Candy at my local Ralphs store. It has been literally 20 years since I last saw them. The cashier must of thought that I was a nut case when she saw the amount of Flicks that I bought.
By the way, now my wife and kids are addicted too...
Thanks for bringing them back. You have made this fat old guy happy.

P.S. I cannot tell you just how "jazzed" I was when I saw Flicks Candy. My 16-year old was looking at me like I had gone mad as I started piling them into the cart. Her doubts were evaporated by the taste of her first Flicks candy. She keeps raiding my stockpile, so we are going to have to go buy more.
P.S.S. My daughter just ate my last tube of flicks. I guess I am going to have to suffer until after I go to the store tomorrow.
Passing a store front window on a Mother's Day outing in Seaside, Oregon, I was surprised to see Flicks Candy. A rush of wonderful memories came over me, and I took the opportunity to tell my family of this delicious candy at every movie theatre when I was a kid. The first thing us kids did after we threw our coats on a seat was to race to the candy counter to get Flicks in every color! It made our movie moments more special as we savored every melted morsel! Just shaking each piece into our mouths after a bite of popcorn was a delight of pleasure I can't describe. Flicks will always hold a special spot in my heart, and I want thank you for the memories!!! P.S. Please come back to the theatres in Oregon, so my children can enjoy what I already know is a special candy. Never, Never change your packaging, it's part of the whole experience! We love you in Oregon, Flicks!!!

I am sooooooo glad that you have brought back Flicks Candy. I loved these as a kid, and was lucky to go to Powell's Sweet Shoppe in Boise, Idaho and find them. Hopefully I will find a distibutor in WA state, closer to my home.

I am 54 years old and I walked into a local Ralph's market a couple of weeks ago and could not believe my eyes. FLICKS CANDY!!!! I bought about 20 packs.
The girl at the check out asked, "What are these? People have been buying them like crazy." I told her they were standard at all movie theaters growing up. They were my favorite-- a box of popcorn, a Coke and Flicks! I took some to work and I can't believe the people that would walk by my desk (mostly boomer ages... ha ha) and smile with surprise. Everyone wants to know where I got them. Everyone makes comments. Usually we start talking about old times and going to the movies. Thanks for bringing them (and many memories) back.

Hello, I am almost 60 years old and have not seen Flicks for a lot of years. I was very surprised to find them at the theater the other day when I went to see Ironman with my family in Newport, Oregon.
Growing up we did not have a lot of money and so we did not get to see movies very often. My mother a few times every summer would scrape together enough money to send us to the picture show downtown in Portland, Oregon and my very favorite candy was Flicks, it was a huge treat for us. I was very sad when they quit making them, because they were so good.
Imagine my surprise when I saw them there and of course had to buy some. I hope to see more of them in all theaters everywhere in the future. Thank you for bringing them back, Great candy.
From a long time fan,

P.S. You should contact Costco in Kirkland, Washington and talk to their buyers. I am sure they would like to sell them there and I don’t know of anybody who didn’t like Flicks. I work at Costco in Portland, Oregon, it would be great to see them at different holidays. They would sell great. Thanks again.
Today I was about to check out at my local Ralph's Grocery Store, standing in line with my 20-year old daughter. Then a box on the counter caught my eye...and to my daughter's embarrassment, I said (I suppose rather loudly)..."Oh, my God...it's Flicks!!" I explained to her that these were my favorite candy at the movies when I was a kid (in the 60's and early 70's). Oddly enough, so many great memories came rushing back. She asked if the colors were different flavors...and I explained that it was the same candy just different colored wrapping. Some things never change :) I grabbed up 2, then 4...then wondered how many I should buy just in case they disappear again (funny, huh?). My emotions were validated when the clerk told me that I was not alone...that quite a few people have had the same reaction. Whew! I checked out your website to see if this was a short term promotion, or if in fact, Flicks were back. So, now I'm writing to thank you for bringing back those memories and for allowing another generation to create new ones.

Wow, what a feeling of nostalgia when I saw the tubes of Flicks at my local Ralph’s grocery store. And you should have heard the conversation at the check stand as a couple clerks and I talked about our memories of Flicks and the movies as kids. We were all buying extra Flicks to share with young kids that are special to us! That is what I always felt, special, when my Mom would buy Flicks for me at the movies. It was a treat to be looked forward to. Glad to see them resurfacing again!

You have no idea how long I've waited to see this candy return from the dead. As a kid I always went to the Garmar Theater here in Montebello, California. FLICKS was the only candy I ever bought at the snack bar.
I can't wait to drive over to Galco's in L.A. to buy me a whole bunch worth. I hope we see FLICKS CANDY return to movie theater and drive-in snack bars all across the country.

What a pleasant surprise I got! Flicks Candy for Easter. I didn't know you were still around. The gift took me back many years to my youth of eating Flicks in the show. Can these be ordered online? I would love to get some for my office of six.

I am absolutely ecstatic! My husband, Jeff, came home from the ConExpo Show in Las Vegas, NV and he was desperately digging through his computer bag for something, and I asked, "What are you doing?" He said, "Hey, here you go," as he tossed me something. To my surprise it was a tube of Flicks Candy. I couldn't believe it after all these years, they were back. My mom used to take us to the Saturday matinee, and we would get a hot dog, soda pop, popcorn & Flicks for just $1.00, wow what a bargain! Those were the days.
Easter is coming and I want to add Flicks Candy to the Easter baskets for my family! Thank you for bringing Flicks Candy back!

I'm 49 years old and when I saw Flicks at the checkout counter at Bed, Bath and Beyond...you can't believe the memories that flooded my heart. It instantly took me back to the early 70's. We always went to the show in a big group and there was never a single one of us that didn't buy Flicks at the theater....we just had to have them. I have to ask you though, I was a kid the last time I had Flicks...and the cardboard tube seems smaller to me.
Is it the original size?
Thank you so much for bringing Flicks back, and for putting a smile on my face.
Laura Elliott
Editor's Note: The current Flicks Candy tube is very similar in diameter and length to the original tubes and the net weight of candy is exactly the same: 1.375 ounces just like the old days!
Flicks!!! I just celebrated my 50th birthday, and received a bag full of your beautiful, bright colored tubes of Flicks, I was so excited, I can't remember the last time I saw them. I do remember they were always my favorite at the movies & of course you had to use the tube as a telescope to watch the movie. If we were lucky we were able to get 2 tubes, then we'd watch through our binoculars. What memories, so glad you're back! They taste the same.

By chance my two daughters, Stephania (9) and Annabella (4.5) were in Cost Plus World Markets in the Westlake Shopping Center in San Francisco one Sunday afternoon. When lo and behold, there in the candy aisle, I saw Flicks! I yelled out, "Oh my God! Flicks!" People around me stared at this crazy lady who got all excited about candy! My daughters were saying to themselves, "Uh..I'm not with her!"
Often times I had mentioned to my husband about this great chocolate I had eaten growing up in the 70's. I thought Flicks were gone forever! I was elated to find them and soon there were a ton in my shopping basket.
I'm so glad you're still around. I still say it's the cardboard wrapping that gives the chocolate a special flavor. It's brought back so many childhood memories....like when we used to go to Torino's Market down the block to buy Flicks...all by ourselves....so happy and safe! Then we'd use the empty containers as Telescopes!
Thanks for producing such a fine product! After all these years, Flicks remain the same....incredibly delicious!

Oh my god they got flicks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is what I yelled at the store tonight when I saw my favorite candy back on the shelf. I was with my daughter (34) at the time and she knew what I was talking about. Do you know how long i have been looking for these? The last time I saw flicks or had the chance to buy them was in 1989 in a small town outside of Santa Rosa California. I have been looking ever since .Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I not only eat Flicks Candy out of the tube, I also make what I call "bear paw cookies" with them -- I make peanut butter cookies and press an upside-down Flick in the middle for the "palm" of the bear, and three upside-down milk chocolate chips for the "toes" and when they bake and flatten out, if you squint sideways, they look like bear paws.
Terry RilleraWow! I found Flicks Candy while shopping in San Francisco! I was so happy to find my favorite candy from childhood.

My name is Crystal Deatherage and I grew up in Visalia in the 1960s and the Fox theater had Flicks, as did my corner store. It was a blast from the past to walk in to the fruit stand on Clovis Avenue and see your shipper on the counter. It brought back great memories especially since this was my favorite candy as a child. I'm 47 now and it's my favorite again!
Keep up the marketing and yes, I did find Flicks Candy in Nob Hill in Salinas, California, as I have moved to Pacific Grove to be near the ocean and out of the heat.A friend of Flicks,Crystal Deatherage
While traveling to California I found Flicks in a local store. What wonderful memories it brought back of Saturday matinees with Flicks. My hardest decision as a child was what color tube to buy. That is no longer a decision--I don't care what color tube it's in.
Thank you for making them again.

It was such a thrill to receive Flicks in my Christmas stocking this year. Amazing how such a small bit of chocolate can conjure up such wonderful memories. Growing up in Fresno/Clovis in the 50’s and 60’s does have advantages! Thanks.

I am so happy you brought this candy back. It has always been my favorite candy and now it's back so my daughter gets to experience it too. Thank you so much for bringing back the best Chocolate candy ever.

Hi There,
I was at Bed Bath and Beyond today and got excited when I saw Flicks Candy. When my brother and I were little (25 years or so ago) we always got Flicks, Neckos, or Big Cherry when we went to our Grandma's house! So I bought a tube to sneak in his stocking for Christmas.
Thank You,
Heidi Burkhardt

Hi,
I just wanted to tell you how pleased I was to see Flick's Candy in a Raley's store today. We ate them often when I was young and I wondered more than once what happened to them. I bought several tubes out of pure nostalgia and was floored by how delicious they are.
Please don't go away again!!

Found Flicks at Sterling Art in Newport Beach, CA. Snatched up a couple of tubes immediately and consumed one in the car. I loved these as a kid, but was sad when Ghirardelli discontinued them. Yippee that they're back!
I was born in 1942 and I remember these were my favorite candy at the movie theaters. Thanks for bringing them back!!!

Wow!!! One day at work my co-workers and I were playing a little trivia about things we remembered growing up. One of my fondest memories were going to the theaters with my parents and eating FLICKS. It’s funny because not everyone remembered them…..but I did. Anyway, when I came in to work today, 12/13/07, I found a tube of FLICKS on my desk…and here we go again ….remembering our childhood. Thanks for being a great memory of my childhood.

Back to the topGrowing up in the late 60's, my grandfather used to by these for me at Owl's Liquor Store in Santa Fe, NM. Now in 2007 at age 43, I stumbled across them at a little country store north of Denver.
Thanks for still making them!

Growing up here in San Diego in the 50’s and 60’s all I remember getting at the movies was Flicks. Movies were an every weekend tradition back then. We would spend the day at the beach and then go to the movies. Of course I continued that tradition with my own kids.
My daughter loves to search the net and found Flicks Candy a couple of years ago and bought a bunch of Flicks and some other childhood favorites long gone. Some including Flicks have returned.
Thanks for the memories, they are as good as ever. I told a co-worker about their return and she found them at Cost Plus and had a couple of tubes sitting on my desk one morning. Good to have great friends and Flicks Candy.

Thanks for the memories. Just like it was back then. It has the same taste. You got it right!!!!! How can we convince the theaters to carry it again. Would like to see your business grow.

Awesome!! I was at my local Cost Plus World Market store and found Flicks Candy. This brought back fond memories of my childhood. My hometown movie theatre carried these in the 70’s.
